Greenie on the go! & New Green Smoothies Book!

Hi all,

I was surprised to see all of my fresh greens were gone this am!  What to do?  Easy enough — I always have some powdered greens on the ready for such an occasion ;-)

Today's green smoothie:

Sun is shin sun warrior goji maca acaiSun warrior sun in shining goji maca bags 

1 banana (frozen) – potassium

1 scoop sun warrior sprouted brown rice protein (complete protein)

3 tsps maca (protein, endurance, hormone balancing)

2 heaping teaspoons Sun is Shining Greens from Sunfood Nutrition – (pretty much every green you can think of plus algae and sea veggies, probiotic complex, more – lots of vitamin A, iron, b12, protein, fiber, more)

1 handful goji berries (b12, vitamin a, protein , fiber – known to be a blood builder)

1 1/2 cups water

Lots of energy in this baby!  Enjoy ;-)
